CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Easy cancellation  

Cancellations for personal reasons ( only accepted per fax or e-mail):

Up to 31 days before arrival: the customer can re-use the deposit for another reservation in the current year or in the following year, or he can receive the full amount of the deposit if the accomodation will be rented again. 

From 30 to 21 days before the arrival: there will be a refound of the 40% of the paid deposit. 

From 20 days before the arrival: there will be no refund of the deposit.

 

  • Free cancellation

 

If you’re forced to cancel your reservation for health reasons (justified by a medical certificate), it’s possible to receive the full refound of your deposit only  under the following conditions:

From 31 to 21 days before arrival: there will be a refound of the full amount of the deposit.

From 20 to 11 days before the arrival: the customer can  re-use the deposit for another reservation in the current year or in the following year, or he can receive a refound of the 50% of the paid deposit.

Up to 10 days before the arrival: there will be no refund of the deposit.
