How can I rent an accommodation?

The easiest way to make a reservation is through our website. You can otherwise send us an e-mail, or a fax. Or call or visit us at our offices in the city centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro (Reaching Us).

Do I have to pay a deposit, and if I do, how much is it?

To confirm your reservation, you will be required to pay 30% of the total mount within 14 days of receipt of your booking confirmation, or immediately, if you book directly in our agency.

How can I pay the deposit?

The deposit can be paid by postal order to our adress, by bank transfer or by cheque.

What is included in the rent amount?

The rent amount includes your stay in one of our apartments/houses in a good condition, with furnishings conforming to the category of the lodgings and to the number of occupants, including furniture, cooking utensils, cutlery dishes, stove, refrigerator, blankets and pillows, normal gas consumption, hot and cold water, electricity; taxes and commissions, weekly supply of bed linen. Any minor repairs and maintenance are also included and will be carried out with the minimum delay.

Are pets allowed in the accommodations?

Pets are allowed only in the lodgings marked with a special symbol. .

Is it possible to rent cradles and baby chairs?

Our agency provides the guests with one free baby bed for children up to 2 years old. We don't provide baby chairs.

When, where and how can I collect the keys?

You can collect the keys directly in our office in Via Gorizia n. 26 in Lignano Sabbiadoro, from 04.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. of the arrival date. Arrivals at other times must be previously agreed upon.

Do I have to pay a security deposit and when do I have to pay it?

There is a security deposit to be paid at your arrival, together with the rest amount. You will get the deposit back on the departure day, after your apartment has been checked by our staff.

Till what time can I stay in the apartment on the departure day?

The last day, the apartment is at your disposal until 9.00 a.m.

How will I find my accommodation?

Together with the keys, we will provide you with a map of Lignano, also giving you directions, which will allow you to easily reach it

How do I have to leave the apartment the last day?

You don’t need to make the final cleaning before leaving the apartment but, of course, dishes must be washed up and rubbish must be thrown in to the special dust bins you'll find outdoors.

What should I do if someting in the apartment is damaged or is out of order?

For any problem you are kindly asked to contact us immediately, so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
