The easiest way to make a reservation is through our website. You can otherwise send us an e-mail. Or call or visit us at our offices in the city centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro (Reaching Us).

To confirm your reservation, you will be required to pay 30% of the total amount.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, by credit card or cash.

What is included in the rent amount? Open What is included in the rent amount?Close

The agreed price includes accommodation and furnishings in good condition, television, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, covers and pillows, - use of safe (when available) - normal consumption of gas, hot and cold water and electricity, final cleaning and bed linen (if mentioned in the apartment’s description). Minor maintenance repairs will be at the expense of the tourist agency whose personal have authorized access to the premises, even in guest's absence.

Dogs, cats and other pets are allowed in the apartments (less in LA PORTA DEL MARE, TERRAMARE and RESIDENZA EDDA), just if indicated through the special symbol in the online description, and at extra charge. Pets must be declared at the reservation. Pets can be of small and middle size but cannot weigh more than 20 kg and normally is admitted only 1 pet per apartment.

Agenzia Intras provides the guests with one free baby bed for children up to 2 years old and one baby chair (if available).

When, where and how can I collect the keys? Open When, where and how can I collect the keys?Close

  • Check in. Keys may be picked up at the Intras Agency in Viale Europa 27 in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
  • Arrival times: Accommodation is available for occupation between 03.30 pm and 07.30 pm on the day of arrival.
  • From 20.04 to 31.05 and from 02.09 to 29.09 the collection of the key is from 03.00 pm to 07.00 pm.

Arrivals at other times must be previously agreed upon.

There is a security deposit of Euro 100,00 to be paid by cash at your arrival, together with the rest amount. You will get the deposit back on the departure day, after your apartment has been checked by our staff.

For groups of young people under 28 years old a deposit of Euro 500,00 is required.

Check out. The apartment must be vacated not later than 09.00 am on the day of departure.

Together with the keys, we will provide you with a map of Lignano, also giving you directions, which will allow you to easily reach it

You don’t have to do a deep final cleaning, however  you have to leave the house tidy and clean. Please remember: dishes must be washed up and rubbish must be thrown in to the special dust bins you'll find outdoors!
